PVS Moldes is a Portuguese mouldmaker with over 20 years of experience in the engineering and manufacture of injection moulds.
The company provides complete turnkey solutions, covering product analysis, DFM, Mold-Flow studies, manufacturing, trials, dimensional validation, pre-series production and after-sales support.

All moulds are manufactured in-house by an experienced team using advanced software systems and modern 3-, 4- and 5-axis machinery.
With approximately 250 000 production hours available per year, maximum machining capacities of 3250 × 1700 × 1000 mm on 3-axis CNC and 3500 × 2000 × 1300 mm on 5-axis CNC, and the ability to manufacture moulds weighing up to 35 tonnes, PVS Moldes is equipped to manage both standard and highly complex projects.

Through MRS Plastics, the PVS Portugal Group operates an in-house trial centre equipped with 15 injection moulding machines ranging from 50 to 2000 tonnes, with capabilities for 2K and 3K moulding solutions.
This integrated structure enables rapid trials, technical adjustments, small pre-series production and reliable validation before delivery. Dimensional inspection is performed using CMM and optical measuring systems.

PVS Moldes serves highly demanding industries, including medical, automotive, packaging, industrial applications, among others.
